to your new account. That means when you call with a question, you
are twice as likely to find someone who knows what's going on with
your account.
ACTION: Every client conference is
followed up with a brief, action-oriented conference report, sent
to your office within one to two business days. (Funny how words
don't often translate into action unless someone writes them down
and shares them with other people.)
THE ECONOMICS: We strive to provide
you with good value. To make sure we do, every bill you receive
from us has first been carefully reviewed for value and accuracy
by the lead person on your account.
SUPERHUMAN POWERS: While we don't favor
ungodly deadlines, if you need us to move heaven and earth, just
